If you would prefer to pay a “one-off” annual fee, we can offer you a 5% discount.

If you store employees' details on the system, but decide not give them a password, we charge you £1.00 per month per employee record in addition to the table above. Prices are reviewed annually.

Included in the price, we provide you with technical support to get set up; and a telephone helpline if you get stuck. As long as you already have internet access, you don’t have any other hardware or software costs.

Optional extras

Licences to the Practice and Procedures module are £149.00 plus VAT per licence per annum (provided direct from our legal advisers).
